In the event a customer receives a defective product (a mix is missing an ingredient such as chocolate chips or sunflower seeds, the customer received a flavor other than the one he ordered, etc), the defective item will be replaced. If the customer prefers, he may receive, instead of product replacement, a refund or in-store credit. Refunds, when requested by a customer, will be in the form of the original payment. Mixes that have been opened, but that are not defective in some way, may not be returned.
We ship an order out as quickly as possible, so that you can enjoy your muffins as soon as possible. We do ship Monday through Friday, only, and up to three business days may pass from when an order comes in before it will ship if we receive an unusually high volume of orders.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping option you choose.
The shipping rates for our products are weight-based. The weight of each product appears on its individual description page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
